Aqvire, Inc. (“Aqvire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Aqvire platform at aqvire.ai. We are incorporated in Delaware and operated by a team based in Texas. Questions? Email privacy@aqvire.ai.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored in hashed form). We do not collect your name unless you provide it.
Uploaded documents: You may upload CIMs, financial statements, tax returns, and similar documents for analysis. These documents are processed to extract structured data and are not retained after processing is complete. We do not store raw document files beyond the processing window (typically under 60 seconds).
Analysis output: The structured results of your analysis — financial summaries, AIQ scores, valuation ranges, risk flags — are stored in your account so you can access them later.
Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to operate and improve the Service and is retained for up to 90 days.
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from deal analyses — for example, distribution of SDE multiples across industries, common risk flag patterns, or average DSCR by deal size — to improve the AIQ scoring model and calibrate valuations.
This data is stripped of all identifying information (no user IDs, no business names, no geographic identifiers that could identify a specific deal) before use. Raw document content is never used for model training.
If you prefer that your anonymized deal data not be used for model improvement, you can opt out at any time by emailing privacy@aqvire.ai.
Your account data and analysis output are stored in Supabase, a database platform that is SOC2 Type 2 certified. The Aqvire application itself is hosted on Vercel, which is also SOC2 certified. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Aqvire, Inc. is not itself SOC2 certified. We rely on the certifications of our infrastructure providers as noted above.
We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@aqvire.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use only essential cookies required to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect, (2) request deletion of your personal information, and (3) opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@aqvire.ai.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the Service you signed up for) and legitimate interests (to improve the Service). The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
